Turnkey Custom Home Builder

With your plan or ours, we work with you from concept to move-in of your custom energy efficient SIP home

On Site Supervisor for SIP's construction

PanelStar Custom Homes can provide a Certified Panel Installer to provide onsite supervision during construction. This is typically a good idea when using a builder/framing crew with limited or no experience building with SIP's.

Panel Package Installer

Already have a builder but they are not familiar with SIP's?

We will work with you and your builder to ensure the design of the SIP package meets building code and is engineered to the highest standards. We will provide and install the complete panel package and work with your builder and trades people to ensure they have the knowledge necessary to work with structural insulated panels.

Consultation and installation

Consultation and installation of all solar technologies and passive solar features. From passive and active solar water heating systems, solar electricity generation and storage (solar panels or PV), passive solar design features and energy audits we can help.
